Take a cooking masterclass!

Our French farmhouse is also the home of our cooking classes, where you can learn to cook traditional  French dishes and serve great food in a fun relaxed and informal setting. This four day course offers a truly unique personal experience, with “hands on” participation.  The cooking classes give a real insight into the seasonal local produce available in the area, giving a “good feel” for the array of Normandy produce that is available. All lessons are held in the French style kitchen, using the provided equipment and cooked on the Everhot range cooker, enabling you to master the art of cooking on a range cooker. The excursions and classes are run by David himself. David has over 26 years experience as a chef, having retired from the British Army where he was an chef for the duration of his military career. During this time he mastered his trade catering from the Private soldier to dignitaries, royalty and other VIP events.
