About
The Old Farm Gite is a charming stone cottage nestled in the heart of the Cotentin Peninsula and the DDay Beaches, situated just 8 km from the historic village of Sainte Mere Eglise. Very spacious and can accommodate 7 people comfortable, recently renovated and tastefully decorated with all modern facilities. A private enclosed cottage garden. Ideal for families, small groups and couples.
Ground floor hall, spacious fully equipped kitchen diner, beautiful living area with wood burner and door leading out to the private rear garden, downstairs double bedroom with private adjoining bathroom with shower.
First floor consists of a further two bedrooms both with ensuite with showers and one bedroom has an additional single bed. Also located upstairs is a large entertainment area with books, board games, jigsaws and games console.
Price: 175 euros per night
- Price includes all electric, parking, WIFI, linens and bedding
- 1 net of wood for the wood burner
Not included:
- 0.79 cents per person per night tourist tax
- 80 euros cleaning fee
- 300 euros damage bond to be paid on arrival, returned after inspection on day of departure
- Additional wood available on request at 10 euros per net

Booking Information & Conditions
Booking confirmation
The booking shall be effective once the owner has checked availability on requested dates.
Booking will be confirmed once the guest has paid a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price by credit card/debit card via stripe or paypal during the booking process, French or UK cheque.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be made by email. Refund shall be provided up to one month of your arrival date. If the guest shortens his/her stay, the full rental charge applies. No refund shall be provided.
Arrival and Departure
Check in is available from 4 pm to midnight on the day of arrival, check out by 10 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. If the guest does not show up on the planned day and if after 24 hours The Old Farm has received no notification, the present contract shall be deemed cancelled and all amounts paid will remain the property of The Old Farm of Amfreville, who may rent the accommodation as it sees fit.
Payment
The booking comes into force as soon as the guest has paid 30% of the total rental fee. The outstanding amount must be fully paid on the day of arrival.
Use of the premises
The guest shall treat the rented accommodation and all the equipment that belongs to it with care in conformity with its intended usage as holiday accommodation.
Capacity
The maximum number of guests who may use the facility is seven. Should the number of guests exceed this number, The Old Farm of Amfreville will refuse guests in excess.
