Our Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• On reservation, we will ask for a deposit of 30% of the total in advance.
• If you have to cancel your reservation with more than one month’s notice before your arrival date, all deposit(s) are returned (less any bank charges).
• If you have to cancel within one month of your arrival date, the deposit(s) is only refundable (less any bank charges) if we are able to re-let the room(s) for the equivalent amount of nights.
• If you have to check out part way through your stay, the remaining nights booked will be charged in full.
• All reservations are confirmed by e-mail or telephone. Deposits are accepted via stripe or paypal, in addition French bank cheque or by international money transfer are accepted . You may settle your bill by French Bank Cheque, cash in Euros, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Union Pay,Diners Club International, Discover, G Pay and Apple PayAll room prices are based on two people sharing with continental breakfasts included.
• All prices remain static throughout the year with NO SEASONAL INCREASED RATES.
• Room rates are exclusive of the local tourist tax, this is chargeable at 73 cents per person per night
• Please note that we do not hire rooms for less than 2 nights
• We welcome all children
• We do not accept any pets/animals within the house or bedrooms.
• The entire house is NON-SMOKING/VAPING.
• We reserve the right to not cook or serve dinner for less than a minimum of two people.
